Summary of Requirements
The ITB will be conducted as an open competitive bidding procedure to establish non-exclusive Window Contract (WC) with hotels, hotel chains, or centrally coordinated hotel groups.
The purpose of the WC is to enable the OSCE to respond in a timely and operationally effective manner to requirements for official meetings, conferences, and events, by establishing a pre-defined contractual framework, including applicable terms and conditions, pricing principles, payment arrangements, and OSCE contractual provisions.
