Event management services to organise a dialogue event on court-media relations in co-operation with the Supreme Court and Aspen Institute Kyiv, 20 March 2026 in Kyiv

Summary of Requirements

The ExB SPU project “Advancing the Quality of Justice by Empowering the Supreme Court’s Role in Delivering Transparent, Accountable and Inclusive Justice” envisages to organise a dialogue event on court-media relations and improving court’s public communication to enhance public trust to be held on 20 March 2026, in Kyiv in co-operation with the Supreme Court and Aspen Institute Kyiv.

Based on the above, the OSCE SPU requires a Hotel/Conference service company to provide logistical support (conference facilities, catering, equipment, event support services) for organising an event with accordance to requirements outlined in Annex A – Terms of Reference.
